Joseph J. Bozell began working as an Associate Professor of Biomass Chemistry in the University of Tennessee’s Forest Products Center in April, 2006 and is currently CIRE Professor of Biomass Chemistry at the University of Tennessee’s Center for Renewable Carbon. Professor Bozell received his B. S. degree in chemistry from South Dakota State University, and a Ph. D. from Colorado State University in organic synthesis and organometallic chemistry under Professor Louis S. Hegedus.
